What's the easiest way to apply?
You can apply online by filling out our online application by clicking on the on-line application bar or apply by phone. If you prefer, we can fax or express mail you our application package for your review. Back to Top
Who do I contact for status once my loan is in process?
Once we have received your completed application and supporting documentation, you will be assigned to a single licensed mortgage broker. Your broker will be responsible for collecting any remaining documentation, preparing your application for approval, and clearing your file for closing. What should I expect once my loan is in process?
Once we have received your application, signed disclosures and supporting documentation, you will be notified that your loan is in process. Within 3 days of our receipt of you application, we will send you a package of documents that will provide you with information about the loan for which you have applied. At this point, you may also receive a list of documents required for your application to be completed. You will then sign the documents in the package and return them along with any additional documentation that has been requested. How long will it take for my loan to be approved?
We can approve your loan within 1 business day of our receipt, if your loan qualifies to be approved through one of our Underwriting Systems. If not, we can have your loan manually underwritten within 3 days of receipt of your signed disclosures and documentation. Back to Top
