Castle Mortgage Corp was founded in Key West FL in 1987. We have been serving the Florida Keys since then and have expanded our area of coverage up into the mainland with loan officers in Florida markets since 1998. We are a Licensed Correspondent Mortgage Lender and we are VA and FHA approved. The owner, Mr Jon Zahav, is a graduate of the University of Toronto law school, and is a Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC), the highest designation available. There are currently less than 200 CMCs in the US.

Castle Mortgage Corp specializes in Residential and Commercial loans. We do both First and second mortgages and Home Equity Lines of Credit (Heloc). With our extensive association with over 150 lenders we find a loan which will fit your needs, rather than like many lenders, just seeing whether you fit our requrements. We are experts in obtaining mortgages for self employed people and also people whose income is harder to document using traditional methods.
